Communications — email and WhatsApp
Our communications module is built in-house, not bolted on. Create HTML emails, send them when you like or automate them, and reach members by email and now WhatsApp. Build lists straight from your member list — by role, team or committee — so the right people get the right message, and see full open and click reporting on every send.
For example, you can set up a news digest that goes out automatically — the latest articles every Friday at noon, monthly, or each time a news article is published. Or remind every Match Manager to submit their match reports with a single list.
Subscriptions and payments
Members pay their subscriptions and their match and meeting fees online by debit or credit card. The system chases what is outstanding and shows the Secretary and Treasurer who has paid and what is due — no cash to bank, no cheques to chase.
Live scoring and leaderboards
Scores go in live on the day, members follow live leaderboards, and the scoring engine produces start sheets beforehand and updates handicap records automatically when a meeting finishes. Results are published straight to the website and the member app.
Member app
The new member app puts the whole Society in members’ pockets — fixtures and entries, live scores and leaderboards, payments, the directory and news. It is built and ready for societies to adopt for the 2027 season.
Knockout Module
The knockout module lets you set up a knockout competition.
Make the draw then you create the competition in the Administration with the correct number of rounds and byes.
You publish the competition to the members. As each player (or pair) wins their match they can enter their score and move into the next round through the public page.
